Le Marquis Shopping Complex

I do not recommend this hotel at all. My experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The cleanliness throughout the property is unacceptable. The common areas were dirty, and my room was no exception. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and there was visible dirt around the toilet, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The food was also of very poor quality. The portions were small, the fruit was not fresh, and they served very limited amounts. The worst part happened during dinner one evening when I found a piece of metal in my meat. I have photos and videos to prove it. Before my arrival, I informed the hotel that I would be celebrating my birthday. I noticed that other guests had birthday banners on their doors and received special touches, but nothing was done for me. I reported my disappointment, but no one took any action. A few days later, I personally went to Customer Service and spoke with the manager. We discussed what they would do to make up for the poor service and the issues I had experienced, but I am still waiting. Today is my checkout day, and nothing was ever done. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for the level of service it provides. The value for the money is extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Believe me, I am a very honest person, and I am not exaggerating. I am simply sharing my experience so that other travelers know what to expect before spending their money here.
