In Berry, 3 km from La Châtre, 15 minutes from George Sand's house, 10 minutes from the Dryades golf course and the Pouligny Notre Dame nautical base, in the heart of the Couarde valley, the commune of Le Magny (12th century priory) welcomes you in an old Berry farmhouse completely renovated in 2022.  
  
The advantages: Fully equipped independent laundry room, enclosed grounds, bicycle shelter, sports facilities 100 meters away, relaxation area and hiking trails nearby... On one level, enclosed grounds and private parking.  
Living room with living room (wood stove), dining area and equipped kitchen,  
1 bedroom with 160 cm bed (disabled access),  
1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds,  
1 convertible sofa (living room),  
1 bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower (accessible to disabled people),  
1 separate toilet with hand basin.  
  
Electric heating included in the price.  
Awning in the courtyard to park bicycles.  
  
Independent laundry room with washing machine, dryer and storage space.  
Pétanque court, tennis court, basketball and football courts 100 meters away.  
Gîte classified 4 stars.
