INCLUDED:
-Welcome pack containing basic essentials: toilet paper, instant coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, sponge, soap, bin bags, Vanity Fair magazine… available on the first day only, to make your arrival easier. Please note: consumables such as oil, salt and pepper are not always provided. Their availability depends on the discretion of previous guests, who may or may not leave them behind, and/or replace them after use.
-Bed linen and towels: 1 large towel per adult/child provided, regardless of the length of stay. Please note: baby towels and beach towels are not provided.
-End-of-stay cleaning included.
-Self-check-in system. PLEASE NOTE: Key box not on-site; located 5 mins’ drive from the property (address provided after booking – La Favière).

-Security deposit and platform fees: a credit card pre-authorisation of €1,500 will be required as a security deposit (MANDATORY). This amount will not be debited unless issues arise. However, platform fees will apply, the amount of which varies depending on the option chosen
-Travel cot hire with accessories (mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet); high chair hire = chargeable option & subject to availability.
-Mid-stay cleaning and linen change on request = chargeable option & subject to availability.
-Option for key handover in person (please note: there is no key box on site) = chargeable option & subject to availability.
-Available extras: holiday planning, early arrival, late departure, delivery/collection of your shopping… Standard check-in: 5pm / standard check-out: 10am

THE RESIDENCE:
-Access to 1 swimming pool + 1 children’s pool during the season: from 15 May to 1 October, 9am to 9pm, closed on Tuesday mornings for maintenance. Accessible from the first floor, to the left of the lift, last door on the right.

-A dedicated private parking space for the duration of your stay. Plenty of free parking spaces outside and within the residence (visitor spaces marked in blue: VE).

-A bike storage room is accessible with your accommodation key. Please note: if the storage room in your building is full, your key also gives you access to most of the other bike storage rooms located in the various buildings.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
-Accessibility for guests with reduced mobility: Unfortunately, although the building has a lift, the accommodation is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility, particularly those in wheelchairs, due to the size of the doorways. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

-Classified as a 3-star furnished holiday rental in March 2025 by the Lavandou Tourist Office: a mark of quality and proof that all the essential facilities are available for your stay. This certification also entitles you to a reduced tourist tax.

-Facing west, ideal for enjoying the sun at the end of the day.

-Reversible air conditioning installed in late 2024 (1 split unit in the living room + 1 in the bedroom).

-41 m² one-bedroom flat + large 15 m² terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.

-Living area with a sofa bed (145x200 cm), ideal for 1 to 2 children.

-Home office area for remote working + Wi-Fi available.

-Master bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), storage, TV, access to the terrace.

-Indoor and outdoor dining areas.

-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking + appliances.

-Bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

-Opposite the residence: Carrefour hypermarket + So Bio, a 2-minute walk away (on the left as you leave). PLEASE NOTE: For those sensitive to noise: Town centre and hypermarket directly opposite, so please be aware of heavy foot traffic and nearby traffic! A 5-minute walk away: Large family garden (opening February 2024) featuring:

-Picnic area,
-Peacocks roaming freely.
-‘Caniludique’ dog park nearby.

- The property is located in an area where there can be a lot of mosquitoes, especially during the peak season. For your comfort, we recommend keeping the French windows closed as much as possible and making use of the air conditioning (in moderation, of course).

GUEST ACCESS:
-Full access:
You have exclusive access to the entire property, as well as to the communal areas of the residence, including the swimming pool and the bicycle storage room. Please note that access to the swimming pool may vary depending on the season and opening hours.

-Flexible check-in & check-out: Self-check-in or in-person check-in, more flexibility with times, etc. – anything is possible with our extras; we adapt to suit you!
