Le logement est en bordure de route très bruyante même de nuit (camions, tracteurs, ...), le logement n'ayant pas de double vitrage la gène est très importante. Équipement de la cuisine insuffisant, 3 bols ébréchés, couteaux très vieux, pas de grille pain, pas de poêle, les équipements en téflon sont endommagés (le téflon part à la cuisson) pas de presse purée. Salles de bain sans VMC. Une porte de chambre ne ferme pas, pas de barre anti-chute pour les fenêtres qui sont très basses, pas conforme pour des enfants.
