Single-story house in the wing of an 18th-century château, adjoining the owners' residence: entrance hall, toilet, living room (with piano) open to the kitchen, lounge with fireplace and period parquet flooring, bedroom (one queen-size bed), en suite bedroom (two single beds), shower room with toilet. Central heating. Landscaped garden on a rise. Sun loungers.  
Unfenced ponds nearby.  
Electric vehicle charging station in the village center, 800 meters from the gîte.  
Business travelers not welcome.  
Security camera on the property, deactivated during your stay. The magnificent 11-hectare Château du Grais estate is located on the edge of the Grais departmental forest (170 hectares), ideal for walks, with its large fishing pond. The Bagnoles de l'Orne/Briouze greenway is 2 km away. The Ferté-Macé leisure park with its beach is 6 km away.
