You can see from the villa the famous Rock of Diamant 175 m high, nature reserve for birds. You will be possible to go there to dive (dive) and admire all species of fish typical of our island. At 20 meters from the villa you will have access to local shops to taste the local specialties (sausages, pies, jam tarts etc ...). You can walk to the village of Diamond in the warm and friendly atmosphere, visit his church historical monument or the father of David museum rich in objects of Martinique heritage. You will also find many restaurants, two pharmacies, a post office and many souvenir shops, grocery stores, pastry. Nous sommes venu passer 15 jours au Diamant. Tout d’abord je remercie Nicole de s’être adaptée a nos horaires aussi bien à l’arrivée (3h de retard dû aux grèves) qu’au retour où elle nous a permis de partir un peu plus tard que convenu! La maison est extrêmement bien agencée avec 3 belles chambres climatisées et munies chacun es de placards de rangement, serviettes de toilettes et de plage au besoin. L’une des chambre est attenante à une première salle d’eau avec Wc très pratique puis une autre salle d’eau se trouve toute proche d’une 2eme chambre ce qui permet l’autonomie et la tranquillité de chacun Nous étions 6 voyageurs dont 2 enfants de 6 et 9 ans. Tout était parfait concernant le logement! L’emplacement est top également, il permet d’aller visiter à proximité ( en voiture) vers le sud de l’île. La plage du diamant est très belle même si nous avons préféré d’autres plages pour nous baigner de part les vagues importantes. Le centre du diamant, le marché, les différents restaurants nous ont plu. La supérette est à 3 minutes à pieds ( Super U) et la boulangerie est très bonne (2 minutes à pieds). Ce qui n’oblige pas à prendre la voiture pour les besoins du quotidien. Également une pharmacie toute proche… Bref nous recommandons Nicole et sa jolie maison les yeux fermés. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité sont un + lors d’un premier voyage sur l’île. Nous reviendrons 😎 ##### Alison H. La maison est dotée d un séjour/ terrasse situé sur l arrière, bien ventilé et assurant notre intimité. La terrasse à l avant est plus chaude mais permet de contempler la mer dès le réveil. La.plage et les commerces tout proches nous ont évité de trop utiliser la voiture. Les chambres climatisées sont spacieuses et équipées de literies confortables L accueil et le départ réalisés par les filles de Nicole ont été très agréables, sans chichis ni prise de tête. Elle est surtout située à deux pas de la très belle plage du diamant, proche d'une boulangerie et d'une supérette, et à 10 minutes de marche (par la plage) du marché. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicole. Seul petit bémol : la route en bas du jardin est passante et bruyante. Le bruit des voitures n'est pas gênant depuis la terrasse de derrière, mais il l'est un peu plus depuis les chambres. Avantage : cela permet de commencer sa journée tôt (par un bain de mer par exemple), et donc d'être dans le rythme de la Martinique. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten sind groß genug. Nur waren uns die Matrazen etwas zu hart. Dies ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Der Strand ist nur über die Straße auf der anderen Seite und ist einer der schönsten in Martinique. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt. Sie hatte uns auch die nötigsten Lebensmittel und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir erst abends an einem Sonntag ankamen. They were waiting for us to get our rental and then guided us straight to villa Which we would never find by our self's, since we arrived in the dark. Also, Nicole was very kind and bought us some food to get though the morning. People there very nice and helpful. Every thing, literally 20 to 50 miters away. La plage du Diamant est à 1 min à pied. La route est un peu bruyante et assez fréquentée mais la terrasse de derrière (prolongement du salon) est isolée et calme. La villa est plus lumineuse et agréable que sur les photos. Elle est très bien équipée. La propriétaire est venue nous guider en voiture depuis l'aéroport, cela simplifie l'arrivée. Stayed 14 nights in Feb 2016 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Marita l. 19 Feb 2016 #### Haus in bester Lage Nicole, unsere sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieterin, holte uns am Flughafen ab. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, Bäder sehr hygienisch rein. Ein gepflegtes Grundstück, alles hat perfekt funktioniert! Im Kühlschrank fanden wir ein frisches, komplettes Frühstück für den nächsten Tag vor. Wir wohnten schöne 4 Wochen zu viert und hatten uns ein Auto gemietet, um die wunderschöne grüne Insel zu erkunden. Zum Strand sind es 3 Minuten , es sind manchmal sehr hohe Wellen und zum Baden mit Kindern wenig geeignet. Es gibt genug andere Strände in der Nähe. Empfehlen können wir den Naturstrand Cap Macre und das einfache aber hervorragende Restaurant La Terrasse Turquoise mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf diese Bucht! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit angenehmen Temperaturen. Einen Dank an Nicole für die ausgezeichnete Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes! ##### Marita l. A 6, avec les 2 sdb et la grande terrasse de derrière servant de séjour/SAM, aucun PB de place. Coin buanderie/garage très pratique pour faire sécher le linge. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. De délicates attentions : de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner à l'arrivée, une bouteille de rhum...la lessive, les pastilles pour le lave vaisselle... Située face au diamant, vue sur la mer de la terrasse et route à traverser pour se rendre à la plage (route très passante donc un peu bruyante). Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. ##### Laurent F. Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Louise S. 2 Mar 2015 #### Belles vacances en famille Nous avons eu un beau séjour de 3 semaines. Nicole, la propriétaire, nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné une foule d’informations. Elle nous a remis un cahier d’info très complet et de la documentation très pertinente pour les attraits touristiques. La villa est agréable et les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus. Bien située, des restaurants, des boulangeries et des épiceries sont facilement accessibles à pied. Lieu bien aéré donc peu de moustique, environnement assez silencieux, maison simple mais fonctionnelle.Tout était en parfait état de marche. Par contre on ne profite pas vraiment de la plage à cet endroit. La mer est très houleuse et beaucoup d’algues s’accumulent sur la plage. Cependant si on a une voiture, d’autres plages sont accessibles en auto à peu de distance. Les chambres sont confortables, l’air climatisé fut la bienvenue dans les chambres. Des oreillers supplémentaires auraient été appréciés. La salle à manger est très agréable grâce aux portes ouvrantes qui nous donnent l'impression d'être à l'extérieur. Le coin salon manque un peu de confort; les coussins sont plutôt mous et il n’y a pas d’éclairage d’appoint. Les fluorescents y sont très intenses le soir lorsqu’on a besoin de se détendre. Nous étions en famille, alors si on aime cuisiner l’équipement pour faire la cuisine est faible. Suite à une demande d’un équipement de cuisine, la propriétaire a été disponible et à l'écoute de nos demandes. On recommande cette location pour le rapport qualité prix. Nous conservons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour. ##### Louise S. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Brigitte L. 1 Feb 2015 #### bel endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison qui est très agréable. nous étions 3 couples est vraiment nous étions installés confortablement sans se gêner. la maison correspond tout à fait à la description faite par le propriétaire. Nicole est très accueillante, elle est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée à 22h30 et en plus pour nous accueillir on a trouvé des fruits du rhum et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner.on la remercie encore pour sa gentillesse. brigitte ##### Brigitte L. ---
