**A wise blend of Creole and contemporary design styles, Villa Fleur de Canne was born from the encounter between its owner, passionate about wood, and an interior architect. Their goal: to create a vacation setting that is both convivial, modern, and charming. The gamble paid off: wood is omnipresent, especially Guyana's Angelique, a noble wood known for its decorative and warm aesthetics.**

#### Advantages of my seasonal rental

Embraced by a magnificent tropical garden of 720m² where sugar canes, banana trees, lemon trees, palm trees, mandarin trees, mango trees... mingle, Villa Fleur de Canne exudes a strong Creole personality. 

#### My confortable 4 room villa with garden

The living room and kitchen blend together to create a pleasant living space. Open to the outside, this area offers a soothing view of the garden and the rock formation called the "lying woman". The living room is equipped with a plush fabric sofa, two armchairs, a coconut rug, a wooden coffee table, and a television. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, all the necessary kitchen appliances for preparing your favorite dishes, a bar, and stools.

With an area of 180m², Villa Fleur de Canne can comfortably accommodate eight people in its four air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room with WC. Spread over two levels, the bedrooms are elegant and comfortable. Three bedrooms are located on the terrace level: two doubles and one with twin beds. The master suite, located on the first floor, is spacious and offers a refined decor.

Alternating between a lounge and a dining room, the 60m² terrace is a true living space that invites you to enjoy the mild climate. Facing you, the superb shades of green of the tropical vegetation invite daydreaming. Below, the pool, a true oasis of well-being, awaits you for relaxation. The villa is rated 4\*.

Nous avons apprécié le confort et l’emplacement de la villa. Ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de Gaspard et Murielle. La terrasse extérieure et la piscine étaient invitantes. Nous avons adoré cette villa! Rien!
