Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

"Great tidy rooms, free fresh water unit was a nice touch, amenities were also top botch but aircon in the room was not cold enough, breakfast was 26 Euros per person, it should be part of the cost of the room and we were not told there would be a holding deposit of 50% of the cost to be paid on day ..."
