"The place was great for our small family of 4. It was a great place to bring the kids, very safe and friendly. The main bed was a little hard and the pillows were to soft but otherwise it was an amazing experience. "

"It is super convenient for an early flight. You can walk to Terminal 4 by using the overpass; it takes about 15 minutes. My bedroom was small, and when you have your suitcase open on the floor (carpet), it is crowded. The bed is comfy. The wifi was spotty at first and slow, but after 9 pm was totally fine (it is included). I had blackout curtains. My window showed the Novotel and the bedroom windows (a bit of vis-a-vis). The hotel has a dinner buffet for $23 and a $13 breakfast (buffet as well). I am very glad my room was odorless, I mean no artificial room freshener was used. I truly appreciate this as those are dangerous and trigger asthma (mine at least). Very good stay. Thank you Ibis"

"I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Bercy and had an excellent experience! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right beside the stadium (perfect for the concert I was attending), directly in front of the subway station, and just across from a great selection of restaurants. Everything I needed was within easy reach. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!"
