It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds \- Bathroom with shower and bath \- Bathroom with shower \- Two beautiful verandas to enjoy a sunny meal \- Two separate WCS Outside : \- A 25m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather \- A second 15 m² terrace at the rear of the house \- A lovely 1,000 m² garden, enclosed and private The house is ideally located in Le Château-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : \- Marais aux oiseaux 5 minutes' drive away \- Verbois beach 10 minutes' drive away \- Visit the fortified castle, its beaches and its market 10 minutes by car \- Visit Saint Trojan, its village, forest and beaches 15 minutes away by car Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
