Beaches 10 minutes away, all amenities, the property is located 800 meters from the medieval village of Castellet. l
Optional spa (80 € weekly) and boat trip in July and August (300 € + petrol) for 8 hours of walking
Possibility of a motor boat day with a skipper to discover the Var coast by boat
The apartment has been recently renovated, it is ideal for a quiet holiday with children under the Provence sun near the beaches

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Matratze angenehem und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren und können den Ort empfehlen.

#### Tranquillité , charme & beauté
Nous avons été charmés par les photos lors de notre réservation. Très heureux de retrouver ce charme provençal à l identique lors de notre séjour. Repos en toute tranquillité au jardin en pleine nature avec une vue somptueuse qui nous manque déjà. Le confort est là dans cette petite maison, literie, canapé, transat, douche, barbecue, table de jardin... Visites de sites magnifiques, calanques, ports, sentiers du littoral, criques, plages. Pour le tourisme on a aimé Le Castellet, Cassis, Bandol, St Cyr sur Mer, Sanary-sur-Mer. Et bien sûr Soleil au RDV !!! Merci encore au propriétaire et sa famille pour leur discrétion, gentillesse et conseils.

#### Super Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die gute Lage genutzt, sind zum Strand gefahren, durch die Städte gebummelt, im Café gesessen... Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Sitzplatz war tagsüber zu sonnig, morgens und abends konnte man schön dran sitzen. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine gab es entgegen der Anzeige nicht, aber es ging auch so. Ein vorhandener Ventilator verschaffte, wenn nötig Abkühlung. Es war ein schöner Urlaub in Frankreich!:)

Un logis dans un cadre merveilleux permettant de goûter pleinement la beauté de cette région. Un appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir bien et y vivre, rien ne manquait. #### Ruhige, praktische und schöne FeWo
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt - besonders der wunderschöne Meerblick bei den Mahlzeiten unter der Eiche hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war sehr ruhig und die Lage in einem Weinbaugebiet war sehr reizvoll. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch waren viele Anregungen und Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung in der Wohnung. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Teil der Küchenausstattung (Besteck) einmal erneuert würde - aber das würde uns nicht abhalten, noch einmal zu kommen. Klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung !

Nous recommandons sans hésitation, Nous y sommes restés 8 jours, malheureusement un peu court pour profiter de cette magnifique région. Proprio sympas et dispos, vous accueillent, vous conseillent et restent à votre écoute, sans être pour autant trop "visibles" pour vous laisser savourer votre séjour. Les enfants sont agréablement marqués par ce séjour, Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région, nous y séjournerons volontiers.

#### TRES BON QUALITE PRIX
Petit appart au rez de chaussé de la maison du propriétaire avec vue sur la mer, un grand chêne pour l'ombre et un grand jardin pour se dégourdir les pattes. Que dire de mieux ? La maison est fidèle à l'annonce et les conseils (efficaces) ainsi que la discrétion du propriétaire sont appréciés. Une affaire bien rodée.

Un gîte accueillant et confortable, dans une propriété spacieuse, calme et intime avec une vue magnifique jusque la baie de la Ciotat. Les propriétaires, généreux, mettent à disposition tout le nécessaire et vous renseignent sur les choses à voir ou à boire. #### Calme et bien située
Location bien située et proche de tout pour découvrir facilement la région. La belle vue sur la mer est apaisante avec les différents jeux de lumière. La location est propre et adaptée pour une famille avec des enfants. Le linge de maison est mis à disposition est c'est vraiment appréciable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, serviables et de bons conseils. Leur maison est située au dessus de la location mais on ne les entend pas, et sont discrets. Juste peut être pour améliorer le confort, ajouter un micro ondes, revoir la literie, une machine à laver indépendante et un accès au moins à une chaîne de télévision. Néanmoins tout ceci reste du confort et n'est pas gênant pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci pour ce bon séjour (15 jours en août 2016) A&T

C'est une belle maison, practique. C'était propre et bien entretenue. Avec une vue superbe. Un jardin spacieux pour des petits enfants. Et un acceuil chaleureux du proprietaire, qui nous a donne de bons conseil. C'est bien situer dans une beau région. Nous voudrons bien revenir.

#### Séjour en famille très positif
La location correspond tout à fait à la description qui en est faite et ce à tous points de vue. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants et de bon conseils pour les visites et les déplacements. L'environnement est idéal, le jardin boisé immense pour que les enfants puissent en profiter et la vue sur les 2 baies de Bandol et de la Ciotat, c'est magnifique sans oublier le calme de cet endroit. La location est idéalement située pour visiter les alentours, aussi bien la côte de Marseille à Toulon mais aussi l'arrière pays. L'appartement est confortable, propre, spacieux, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille pendant les vacances de Toussaint. Je recommande cette location en attendant de pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois!

#### Tolle Ferienwohnung traumhaft gelegen!
Alles war unkompliziert und genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben tolle Tipps. In der großen Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben nicht einmal im Haus gegessen, sondern immer draussen mit Meerblick! Man wohnt so herrlich ruhig und kann mit dem Auto trotzdem alles schnell erreichen. Die nächsten Strände sind sehr schön und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Auch an Sehenwürdigkeiten mangelt es in der Umgebung nicht ( Infomaterial auch in der Wohnung). Le Castellet ist ein wunderschönes Dörfchen. Wir würden unseren Urlaub sehr gerne wieder hier verbringen!

#### Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht
Wir haben Ende März 2015 hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben. Schöne und saubere Wohnung in toller Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorab und vor Ort sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns auch gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Klasse war auch, dass die Heizung gut funktioniert hat, weil es so früh im Jahr doch abends manchmal kühler wurde. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

#### Excellent à tous égards et à recommander
Nous venons de quitter cet endroit idyllique de par la vue sur les plus belles baies du var. L'appartement refait à neuf, en rez de jardin et quel jardin ! (8500 m2) est très fonctionnel .Que dire de ce magnifique chêne six fois centenaire qui continue malgré son âge à être un vrai "glandeur".Les propriétaires sont à la fois disponibles et discrets.Les différents prospectus et autres publications mises à disposition dans l'appartement permettent aux locataires de dépasser le simple attrait des plages et de découvrir cette région riche sur le plan culturel. Pour finir, le couple dynamique qui vous accueille est très sportif et si vous pratiquez le vélo autour de 30 km/h, vous aurez peut être la chance de rouler avec Henry qui vous proposera quelques sorties avec dénivelé.

#### Wunderschöne Aussicht
Wir haben im August hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man hat vollkommene Privatsphäre. Die Ferienwohnung und vor allem die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Obwohl es ja eine Ferienwohnung ist, hatte man das Gefühl, man wohnt in einem Haus, da die Wohnung ebenerdig ist und man direkten Zugang nach draußen auf das sehr schöne Grundstück hat - traumhaft für Kinder. Der Weitblick auf das Meer und die Calanque ist wirklich atemberaubend und wir konnten uns jeden Morgen beim Frühstück und jeden Abend beim Abendessen unter der 600 Jahre alten Eiche daran erfreuen. Wir würden sehr gerne nochmal hier meinen Urlaub verbringen.

#### Excellent séjour
Gite rénové bien entretenu et propre et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut (sauf peut-être un micro-ondes si pratique en vacances). Calme et tranquille dans un cadre magnifique au milieu des vignes et des oliviers avec une belle vue sur la baie de La Ciotat. Nous avons apprécié le hors saison avec un temps magnifique qui nous a permis de visiter toute la côte de Hyères à Marseille en suivant les excellents conseils de notre logeur très sympathique. Nous recommandons ce gite chaleureusement!
