"Rooms were clean as expected of Novotel brand. I've been to few of them and I must say this particular property felt a bit lower standard than what I experienced in other Novotel property in Asia and US. Rooms A/c were controlled centrally when you want to decrease so we couldn't really enjoy cool room as a family of four. Fridge in the room was inadequate as it will take a while day to cool anything. Water was available on the ground floor so that was good. Breakfast was adequate but not great. I was in Ibis Styles before coming over go this property and the breakfast was similar."

"The Sure hotel was quaint and clean. The staff were nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was a bit small for taller people and the bathroom was tiny.
