Upon entering, you’ll find a living space with a TV area (standard channels and Android TV) and a dining area. A few steps down, a second dining room with large bay windows opens onto the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking. In the main house, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms: \- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and en-suite bathroom with WC \- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), adjacent to a shower room \- A third bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room, and WC \- A separate WC completes this section In the garden, a detached guesthouse offers: \- A sleeping area with a double bed \- A shower room with macerating WC \- A small desk and mini fridge The garden features a 4x4m pool, which can be heated from April to October (upon request, 3 days in advance). There’s also a shaded outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen, including a Ninja grill. Parking for 2 to 3 cars is available inside the property.
