Provençal house dating from 1881 completely renovated in a small hamlet of three houses. Access is via a one kilometer motorized forest track.
In a peaceful setting, in the heart of nature, the place lends itself to country strolls.
You can also make a getaway in the hinterland to the Gorges du Verdon or on the Mediterranean coast, all about fifty kilometers away.
On the ground floor living room of 50m2 with terrace access and view of the vineyards, large fitted kitchen, bathroom with cabin shower and double sink, pantry-laundry room, separate WC, garage.
Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms (Italian shower and cabin shower), two toilets, one of which is separate, a small living room with sofa bed (ikea Hemnes) in 160 with tv screen.
All rooms are air conditioned, a large screen is available in the living room.
Outside you will enjoy a private swimming pool (4,10x9,05m) secured with access by gate as well as the pool house with its fitted kitchen and its terrace, a WC, a storage room, a a bbq and, to park a private car park
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and bolster) is provided, as well as bathroom linen, tea towels, towels.
Beach towels are not provided.
