The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Das Ferienhaus ist im Prinzip sehr geräumig, angenehm ruhig und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da ein Dachfenster Ameisenbefall hatte und es durch ein weiteres Dachfenster hindurch regnete. Beide Fenster waren von uns nicht zu bedienen. Die zwei Schlafräume im separaten Haus waren nicht wirklich zu benutzen, da sich eine hohe unangenehme Geruchsbelastung entwickelte, die wir auch durch wiederholte Spülungen nicht eliminieren konnten.
