It has been fully renovated in 2011 and is composed of 7 rooms including 4 double bedrooms, a dormitory for children (6 beds), an office, a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, a shower room and 3 independent toilets. All the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and the living room open onto a very large Southeast-exposed terrace shaded with an electric awning and where you can take or meals or simply relax in the sun. A large 11x5 m pool, located on the South side, is adjacent to the house and equipped with a fully fitted summer kitchen that is under the greenery as well as an awning that shades a summer dining area. There are many accessories such as loungers, parasols, water polo material, fins, masks, pool noodles, etc. at your disposal. Nous avons passé une semaine dans le petit paradis du Pontillaou à 18 au mois d'août. Tout a été parfait. D'abord l'accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire avec la visite de la maison avec une visite de toutes les infrastructures proposées. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien malgré le nombre que nous étions (de la vaisselle et des fournitures de cuisines jusqu'aux livres, DVD et jeux de sociétés). On s'est senti à la maison. La piscine est encore plus belle que sur les photos et les diverses terrasses font que l'on ne se marche jamais dessus, même à 18\. De construction récente de bonne qualité, la décoration est soignée, les aménagements intérieurs et les équipements sont à la fois fonctionnels et d'une haute qualité. La cuisine d'été, l'organisation de la maison et du jardin permettent d'agréables repas en famille ou entre amis (même nombreux) et la préservation de moments au calme. Les enfants trouveront toujours de quoi s'occuper et les petits seront protégés des tentations de la piscine puisque tous les accès à celle-ci sont protégés. Maison très soft, cossue, beaucoup de charme, très bien entretenue, prestations nickel avec des propriétaires soucieux du bien être des occupants. Lieu idéal pour passer des vacances familiales et amicales avec tout le confort nécessaire et la piscine est un véritable atout entre autres.
