Bien équipé mais besoin d'un entretien sur les huisseries, volets et également évacuation du bac de douche à l'étage. Problème de maintien du froid du réfrigérateur, bien que signalé à l'agence après passage d'un prestataire aucune solution proposée estimant qu'il n'y avait pas de soucis.
