A beautiful terrace allows for outdoor dining in a relaxing setting, overlooking the marina and the salt lake. The bedroom sleeps two (90 cm), and the living room sleeps one (140 cm) and one (90 cm) thanks to a convertible sofa and armchair. For parking, you'll have a private space in the large parking lot behind the residence. Nearby: Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away. A bakery/grocery store, a tobacconist/newsagent, a laundromat, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors are also available. Markets, concerts, and shows also enliven the square during the season, to the delight of young and old alike. In addition, you'll have access to: An aquatic area with three pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a playground for the little ones. The pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests thanks to a wristband you'll receive upon arrival. Various sports fields: a multi-sports field, basketball, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field. And for fitness or more physical activity, there's an outdoor fitness area. At La Coudalère, which can be compared to a village, your children can play safely with their friends, since here, pedestrians are king and cars are confined outside. At Coudalère, everything is planned for a family vacation: your children will love the two playgrounds: one on Place de la Martinique for older children and one, very close to the pool, on the beach of the marine lake for younger children. 2 km away (30 minutes on foot), accessible via a tree-lined path, beautiful long beaches await you.
