The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). There's a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside, in a relaxing setting with a view of the marine lake. This flat is located in the Parc Dominica residence and has a lovely view over the park and the marine lake. A large car park is available behind the residence. (Unnumbered spaces). As part of your rental, you will have access to : \- an aquatic area with 2 pools and a water games area for children and adults. The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival. \- various sports grounds: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area, etc. \- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out. Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away. In season, you'll find a bakery/grocery, a tobacconist/newsagent, a launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express. Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike. Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees. On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside. At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones. Long, beautiful beaches are just 2km away, accessible via a wooded path. L’appart est très sympa, et le coin est super. Petite place très conviviale avec tous les commerces de première nécessité. J’enlève seulement une étoile, dommage qu’il manque un micro onde dans le logement et surtout un ventilateur c’est rapidement intenable dans la chambre en cas de forte chaleur. Notre babyphone affichait 31 degrés par moment dans la chambre sans ventilateur c’est ingérable de dormir. Sinon top! Nous reviendrons sûrement 😊 ##### Melanie C. ---
