Ground floor garden apartment with sea view and pools

  • The apartment borders the marine lake of Leucate.Its south west allows guests to enjoy the magnificent sunsets on the lake from the terrace. Mount Canigou towers majestically in the background. Between November and May its summit is crowned with snow.
    Although retailers, bars and restaurants are within 300 meters, this apartment is a haven of tranquility in a pedestrian zone.
    At 200 meters, two swimming pools are heated. They are open from April to November. Opposite the pools is a sandy beach with a sailing and windsurfing school . Tennis and other sporting facilities are nearby as well as a supervised play ground for children.
    In July and August rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. The dog-friendly beach is only 2km away
