- This one-bedroom house is air-conditioned and situated in the Résidence Bastides du Cap in Cap Coudalère.
It comprises an open-plan living room and kitchen opening onto a west-facing terrace, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a fitted wardrobe and a TV, a shower room and a separate toilet. A storeroom completes the property, with access via the terrace.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa bed and storage space.
The terrace is spacious, allowing you to enjoy meals al fresco and fully appreciate the relaxing surroundings.
A private parking space is available.
