Located in Coudalère, Boulevard Palmyra, The accommodation consists of a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet. BEAUTIFUL TERRACE WITH PORT VIEW For parking, you will have a private space in the large parking lot located behind the residence. As part of your rental, you will have access to: An aquatic area comprising a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October and is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival. Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field. And for fitness or more physical exercise, there's an outdoor fitness area. PETS NOT ALLOWED A €50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the main deposit.
