A beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals in a relaxing setting, overlooking the marina and the salt lake. For parking, you'll have a private space in the large parking lot located behind the residence. Nearby: In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach Place de la Martinique. A bakery, a tobacconist/newsagent, a mini-market, a laundromat, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors are at your disposal. Markets, concerts, and shows also enliven the square during the season, to the delight of young and old alike. In addition, you'll have access to: A water park with three zones: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a playground for the little ones. The pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests with a wristband/card that you'll receive upon arrival. Various sports fields: a multi-sports field, basketball, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field. And for fitness or more physical activity, there's an outdoor fitness area. A connected barbecue and tables are available in the shade of tall pine trees. At La Coudalère, which can be compared to a village, your children can play safely with friends, since here, pedestrians are king and cars are confined outside. At Coudalère, everything is planned for a family vacation: your children will love the two playgrounds: one on Place de la Martinique for older children, and one, very close to the pool, on the beach of the marine lake for younger children. 2 km away (30 minutes on foot), accessible via a tree-lined path, beautiful long beaches await you.
