Toujours a l'ombre, tout a proximité. Seul bémol, pas très propre, salle de bain pas très pratique. L'appartement est fonctionnel, tout y est, il est également très propre!!! Cependant le logement est pas tout neuf. La literie n'est pas bonne. La salle de bains est minuscule et sens les égouts même en laissant la fenêtre ouverte, elle finit inondé à chaque douche et n'est pas adapté pour les jeunes enfants ne pouvant pas se laver tout seul.
