BARCARES (66), on the 7th floor (with elevator) of the La Sardane residence. The apartment comprises a kitchen open to the living room and a large 14m² terrace on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with loggias offering panoramic views of the lake, a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away, and the beach is in front of the residence (no road to cross).  
Equipment: Washing machine, TV, microwave, Wi-Fi. 3 fans.  
Sleeps: 1 queen-size bed, 1 double-size bed, 1 double-size bed, and 1 single bed.
