The apartment comprises, on the first level, an open-plan kitchen/living room and a large 14m² terrace. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with a loggia, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away, and the beach is directly in front of the residence (no road to cross). Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, freezer - 2 double beds, single sofa bed. This apartment boasts a unique location and promises an unforgettable holiday. Pets are not allowed.
