A spacious terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, allowing you to fully enjoy a relaxing setting. Accessible Apartment This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and offers exceptional views of the port on the Coudalère Peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees, and the salt lake. For parking, you will have a private space in the large parking lot behind the residence. As part of your rental, you will have access to: an aquatic area with 3 pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband, which you will receive upon arrival. Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field. And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area is available. Electricity consumption to be paid from October 1 to April 30: €0.20/kWh A cleaning deposit of €50 is required in addition to the main security deposit.
