Negatives - Hotel images were a bit misleading, hotel was old and had been renovated in recent years, but there were a few things that let it down, broken lift- had to use an old lift in adjacent building, this lift had no internal casing and was very old and quite scary to use. There was no fridge/mini bar as advertised, some items in the room were broken such as the sofa bed which had nails sticking out of the base and a wrapper to lodge the front cover in place, I had to lodge my bag in front of it to stop it falling down. Hotel images on website show what looks like a new build hotel but is old, the new image is a carpark not even owned by the hotel across the road from the hotel. Smoking was accepted inside the restaurant - which put me off eating there. WiFi worked for a while but then kicked us out which was frustrating. Positives - quiet at night, tv worked, good bathroom facilities with hairdryer and working safe. The location was good for nightlife and shopping with a wide range of shops and services but as females we decided not to venture out late at night. Staff were nice and friendly. This property is listed as a four star property and unfortunately this property did not feel like a four star options.

Great hotel. Very nice interior and pretty good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a shop next door so very convenient. I would stat again for sure.

The shower needed a deep clean, it had pink and black molds growing in the grout as well as in the shower nook and floor. There was urine on the sign above the toilet. You can hear everything from the very busy pedestrian road below. The breakfast was greasy and not tasty.
