Great breakfast!

Pros: Breakfast and staff.
Location: We went to Lagoon and mall.
This hotel was older and just okay. Staff was excellent though and so was breakfast! Had a minor issue with one room with air conditioning that was not working (it was over 90 degrees) that they informed us about when checking in. Could not get us another 2 queen size beds room but were able to place us in a king size with a sofa pullout. We placed kids in sofa pullout and they did not complain.

Pros: Quiet.
Cons: Get rid of the swamp cooler, get AC
Location: Interstate, restaurants.
Room felt Damp. they must use a swamp cooler instead of AC. Bed felt Damp. Room was quiet.

Poor construction

Pros: Continental breakfast was decent
Cons: Privacy level, walls are paper thin
Location: Lagoon Amusement park
Hotel was recently renovated but with very poor quality. You can hear a normal conversation taking place in the rooms with the doors closed while standing in the hallway. Could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms. It was ok for a night but I felt way over priced for the poor quality.

The hotel staff is so awesome! I kept asking for one thing or another and the staff ALWAYS kept a smile on their face. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Double booked

To begin with they double booked our room. After driving six hours we had no place to stay. They then offered us an upgraded sweet at the same price. The sweet had somebody in it. We were irnored and shuffled around until 3 AM. The hotel put a hold on my credit card which still hasnt been released. They didnt even ofger us a free stay for a later date. All expedia did was guve us a whopping $50 coupon. The trip 1as a waste of over $750 and we ended up driving another 6 hrs home at 3 AM!!!! We will never use expedia for anything again nor will we ever stay at a Marriott again

Great place. Didn't appreciate the traffic noise at night however. Lots of restaurant choices in the area. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.

Everyone was very friendly, the breakfast was perfect for us since we were In a hurry in the morning, but had move variety that we did not try. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was up and going but we were to early the hot tub,however we were allowed at the neighbor site if we choose to use theirs We were asked if the first floor was ok, it was great we were just down the hall from the pool and gym. As well as near the front where the breakfast was. They have a lot of food variety around the area to please everyone.
