Very nice hotel, located next to the San Pedro market and not far walking distance from plaza de Armas in Cusco. The bed is very comfortable and they provide you with everything you need. Staff is very professional, nice and helpful. Feels safe.

Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.

Great location and friendly staff. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the bathrooms felt a bit small. Other than that, it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Giving ideas on the restaurants, calling us transportation and just being helpful in general. Fantastic!
The breakfast crew and set up is the real gem with this place. Supper nice people, attentive and the food and coffee is wonderful.
Hot water in the shower was a little weak.. But not a deal breaker. I had a little trouble with the room safe when I was sitting it up, but was helped immediately and had no problem after that.
This was really one of the best decisions we made in our travel.
Its location is literally 20 Solons from everywhere if you don't want to walk. There are a few grocery stores and cafes with in a short walk of the from door.
It's hard for me to imagine that I could have made a better choice for my wife and I.
