My travel plans changed I tried to cut my 4 day stay by one day and get refunded. I gave more than 24 hours and didnt even stay Sunday night and wanted to get refunded just for Monday but that di8dnt happen. Its expected once they have youre money you wont get it back. Thats okay because they also wont get my money again. It is a nice hotel and the staff is very polite. I am just thinking that after being a regular customer for a long time they would have been more accomadating.

It wasn’t a bad place to stay at and the staff was nice, the only complaint we have is our room smelled so bad to the point we were getting sick. It was literally like there was something in the ac unit dead or the carpet was just that dirty. We tried odor eliminator and air freshener and nothing helped. Ours did have a kitchenette which was nice but the stove was nasty. All the drawers in the kitchen, bathroom, and room haven’t been cleaned and you could tell.

The bathroom was gross. I looked like throw up on the wall that was not cleaned. Rusty towel rack and light fixture. The bathroom door did not close. And the floors were not cleaned close to the baseboard. No coffee pot in the room. I liked that it was quiet and great water pressure

A/C was already on and cooling the room down when we went in. Room smelled sort of like pine sol which was nice. Everything was clean. Loved the full size fridge. Our blowdryer didn't work and the breakfast left alot to be desired but overall it was a good experience. Would stay there again :-)

The staff member at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet so I was able to get good sleep. The room was clean for the most part but had a very bad odor of cigarette. The carpet had a lot of stains on it and looked like it needed to be cleaned. There was no trash or waste basket in the room and apparently you have to dump your own trash but no bags are provided. The furniture was run down and falling apart. I don't think I would stay here again.
