It's an older building which has been partially refurbished over the years. Thankfully however, an A/C unit has been installed to the living room and a large TV, Ubiquiti WiFi router with fast internet, and electronic locks have been installed. Was disappointed that the WiFi wasn’t working. Wished we’d been informed ahead of time. Didn’t think apartment was super clean. Shower was dirty.
