Was somewhat clean needed a bit more dusting, had what we needed but a few issues need to be addressed. Description inaccurate it is 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Roach problem needs to be addressed ASAP. The vent hole in kitchen floor needs to be covered. Master smells musty. A/C’s are cold at night but moderate during hot summer days. The master toilet bubbles/splashes when other restroom flushed. The area looks a bit rough but we did not encounter any issues or safety concerns.
