"Always stay here when Ipswich area - business and family, this latest stay being the latter. 2 x rooms x 2 nights. 5* overall as a stay however, whereas normally I’m full of praise for staff, this stay felt different. Welcome was perfunctory at best but probably better described as less than friendly. ..."

"Would be 4* as the rooms and breakfast were fairly reasonable (if overpriced). However, the owners IHG seem to have decided it's perfectly reasonable to charge people extra to use a car park in the middle of nowhere. The sign says it's a public carpark on private land, but ignoring the contradiction ..."
