You didn’t bring enough clothes for your trip? Don’t worry! The house is equipped with a modern and spacious laundry room featuring a full-size washing machine and dryer, a steam iron, a laundry basket, and laundry pods available for your convenience. You’ll also find hangers throughout the house to help keep your clothes fresh and organised during your stay.

**House Rules to Note

- Please remove shoes upon entering the house, any violation of this rule may result in a carpet cleaning fee/and or charges for damages to furniture.

- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house, including near open windows or doors. A deep cleaning fee of $250+ will be charged if any smoke odour, ash or residue is detected in the house.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything/anywhere in the house except for the Supplies and Utility Closet



Other Things to Note:

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Our house is equipped with an active outdoor

security system for your safety including several OUTDOOR CAMERAS.

Note

- Kindly note that this house is located in hotter climate (Georgia) and has a big garden backyard, hence it is prone to bugs/insects. We do have pest control to mitigate the problem however due to the insects being outside rather inside the house, please keep all the doors closed to mitigate the problem.
