Lower level studio with private entry is a perfect get away and relaxation spot. Comtemporary furnishing and decor. Wifi and Roku streaming available.
Sofa can be converted to a comfy full size bed. Bedroom area has a queen size bed adorned with high thread count bedding.
The kitchen is equiped with a refirgerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Kureig Coffee maker, Kettle, spices, oil, vinegar, dishes and untensils.
Full sized bathroom with a large closet. Iron, washer and dryer available.

The space
Start your morning off with the sweet smelling aroma of K-Pods of your choice, tea, water, oatmeal cereal, grits, condiments and snacks while sitting on our colorful dining chairs or enjoy nature in the private backyard on the patio with the sweet sounds of birds chipping and you just might have some deers visit.
The electric fireplace creates a relaxed ambiance. There's also a desk for when you are in the work mode.

There is one assigned parking spot, with walk way on the left of the building leading to the apartment. Additional cars can park on the street.

Guest access
It has it's own private entrance. Guests will be given an access code after booking is confirmed. There is a lock button on the keypad, push the button to lock the door when you go out.

Other things to note
Please let me know if you are booking for yourself or someone else. Kindly update the booking with their name and contact or you can message me. Be sure to indicate how many guests will be staying so as to adequately prepare for them. Also no more than 4 adult guests are allowed to stay overnight. The first 2 guests are included in the booking and for the 3rd or 4th guest there will be a nightly extra guest fee of $50 per person.

After every guest checks out, the studio is throughly deep cleaned and disinfected to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
