Located in a quiet neighborhood on cul de sac with a big backyard, close to highway 85 exit 115, only minutes from Mall of Georgia and Coolray Field Stadium. Perfect location to everything Gwinnett county has to offer. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It is one floor but has steps on the front porch. No garage. Free parking available on the long driveway and on the street. NO PETS! Absolutely NO SMOKING.
