Come unwind in our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom centrally located apartment. Minutes from KU and Mass Street - you will be staying in the heart of all Unmistakably Lawrence has to offer. Visit nearby restaurants and coffee shops - or make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen. Get comfy by the fire while enjoying WiFi, Netflix, board games, popcorn, coffee, tea, and more. Commemorate your stay by adding a pin to our world map or recording an entry in our guestbook.

Prime Location:
-5 Minute Walk to Veteran's Park (Playground, Basketball Court, Pickle Ball/Tennis Courts)
-7 Minute Walk to Taylor's Donuts
-10 Minute Walk to 1900 Barker
-3 Minute Drive to Downtown Mass Street
-4 Minute Drive to Allen Fieldhouse
-5 Minute Drive to David Booth Memorial Stadium

The Space:
Featuring two queen beds, a queen over queen bunk bed, and two full bathrooms - we have plenty of space for up to eight guests. Our kitchen is stocked to serve parties of this size. Two extra chairs are available in the unit that can be added to the living and dining area.

A free parking lot is available right outside of the unit with plenty of parking spaces. The unit is located on the upper floor of the building with one flight of stairs required to enter.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of one closet.

Other Things to Note:
The unit is located in a newly constructed building completed in 2023.
