•The Living Area: A sleek, relaxing space designed to help you unwind. It features a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a deep, comfortable grey sofa that easily converts into a cozy bed—perfect for accommodating our 8th guest! The entire area is equipped with a modern, high-end Bosch ductless climate control system, ensuring crisp air conditioning in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter with full thermostat control. There is also a stylish high-top dining table with seating for four—ideal for catching up on work or enjoying a meal together.

​•A Note on Seating & Dining: While our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, please note that the dining table formally seats 4. However, because of our open-concept layout, the dining area blends seamlessly into the living room. Your group can easily spread out across the dining chairs, the cozy sectional sofa right next to the table, and the surrounding accent chairs and ottomans for a relaxed, casual meal together.

•The Fully Stocked Kitchenette: A gorgeous, modern culinary space featuring bright quartz countertops and elegant grey cabinetry. It comes fully equipped with a built-in microwave, a two-burner induction cooktop, a spacious sink, a premium Keurig coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen tools you need to prepare light meals and morning brews.

•Bedroom 1 (The White Cottage Room): Your ultimate sanctuary of rest. This room showcases a gorgeous, distressed white wooden bed frame and a matching nightstand, beautifully complemented by neutral textures, a soft area rug, a matching end-of-bed storage bench, and calming coastal wall art. With dimmable switches for the ceiling lights, you can effortlessly adjust the lighting to match the room’s peaceful, relaxing ambiance.

•Bedroom 2 (The Multi-Media Suite): A beautiful, spacious second bedroom featuring a gorgeous rustic wood bed frame, a matching nightstand, and a large dresser with a mirror. It boasts a huge, wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV framed by stunning modern landscape artwork and anchored by a vibrant patterned area rug. With custom dimmable ceiling lights, you can effortlessly lower the brightness to create the perfect, cozy movie-theater experience right from bed, all within an incredibly warm and inviting atmosphere.

•​The Third Bedroom (The Bunk Room): An incredibly versatile room featuring a sturdy grey twin-over-full bunk bed, a matching dresser, and playful Snoopy-themed accents—making it a fun retreat for families traveling with children. Equipped with custom dimmable ceiling lights, it's easy to transition the space from a bright play area to a soft, calming environment for bedtime.

•​The Bathroom: A clean, bright, spa-like full bathroom showcasing beautiful marble-style tile floors and a matching quartz-top grey vanity. It includes a full bathtub and shower combination, premium fixtures, a round vanity mirror, and plenty of fresh, fluffy towels.

•​The Outdoor Spaces: We invite our guests to make themselves at home in our outdoor spaces. Take in the beautiful curb appeal and immaculate professional landscaping, or head out back to the massive elevated deck. The deck is fully outfitted for relaxation, featuring an outdoor sectional, a gorgeous glass-walled gas fire table perfect for winding down, a premium BBQ grill, and a dining table with a large shade umbrella—ideal for a sunny afternoon or a quiet evening under the stars. Guests are also welcome to use the grassy patio area for lawn games and outdoor activities.
