(222 reviews) People were very kind and nice, I'd like to really emphasize that. Generally speaking, Kenyan people were just very professional and kind to me. I was disappointed because I was moved to twice to different rooms because of their condition. The biggest disappointment was the quality of bath water. I specifically chose this hotel because they had a nice tub... on my third room. But then the water was brown. I wasn't going to get sick. I would have chosen other 5-star hotel. And that's the thing... I don't think it's fair for them to claim the hotel as a 5-star. Breakfast was good enough, but again, water dispenser is brown... I didn't complain about the brown bath water because I knew they couldn't do anything about it over night. Cleaning people can also do a better job. I finally got a normal looking bathrobes in my third room, but the first room didn't have any, second room had a robe ripped... they did leave me more than enough water bottles everyday and again, all of them were very pleasant. I think they need a major renovation. (27 reviews) Conveniently located. Safe neighborhood that's close to the airport. Nice restaurant and bar on the property - pricy though. Really spacious room with all necessary amenities. Fully fitted kitchen and washing machine/dryer - loved this. We will visit again. Carpets in living and bedrooms plus the sofa need regular cleaning though and reception team to be more responsive. We were promised a fan that was never delivered and bathing soap took over a day. Carry your own toiletries before checking in. TV channels subscription please. All other apps were available but would have been nice to keep up with news and sports. Have a water dispenser too - or small bottled waters that are easy to refrigerate. Hectic and really difficult to use the huge water bottles.
