"Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Die Eigentümer, die nebenan wohnen, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die unmittelbare Umgebung selbst fanden wir weniger interessant, aber wir blieben hauptsächlich wegen des Schwimmbads mit den Kindern zu Hause. "A lovely old sprawling house with an array of outside spaces to socialise, play or read a book in. The top garden is vast. Beds were comfortable. The long outside dining table was a great place for us all to eat. Make sure that all the extra costs are understood before booking as they weren’t clear for us. When this was questioned the hosts were hostile in their response, which was a shame. "

Best Western Plus Hotel Du Parc Chantilly

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was a great find. Chantilly is a pretty town and we very much enjoyed staying here for our trip to Paris. We got the fast train into Paris Gare Du Nord with our two young sons for a Paris day trip rather than staying in Paris itself. Station was 5 mins walk from hotel which was perfect, and the journey direct to Paris took only 30 mins. We ate both nights in nearby restaurants, again just a few mins walk away. Our family room was spotless and very comfortable. Air con worked well. Parking was easy (behind the hotel; booked in advance) and good value. Nothing to fault. We would love to come and see more of Chantilly and visit the chateau which we only saw as we drove out; it looked incredible. Thank you Best Western. This is a fine example of your hotel brand. "

"Beautiful Chateau. Loverly quaint boutique hotel. It’s just lacking organisation in front of house bar / restaurant service. The food menu is very limited so if you are staying for more than a couple of nights it gets a little tired. Also inconsistency based on chef sometimes the food is amazing and other days it’s average. The Thursday night special restaurant we were excited for was a real disappointment. But again it’s a beautiful place and we greatly enjoyed our stay. "
