The property is in an ideal location close to ocean and to bay and to town and restaurants. The property is the bottom floor of a two story house and its backyard is connected to another house so you are sharing the backyard space with two other rental groups. Everyone has their own grill and table and even outdoor shower but raise it just for awareness as we were eating alongside other groups in the backyard. It was clean and simple, with an awesome location. My toddler and baby were also comfortable, as it was a quiet, peaceful house with a layout that is easy to navigate and hang out together while still giving everyone privacy. Greg was available to us for any questions and concerns, and was super kind and easy to work with.
