"Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel pour un séjour d’automne axé sur la randonnée. Des sentiers sont accessibles à proximité et le parc national de la Jacques-Cartier se trouve à environ 30 minutes en voiture. Il y a aussi une pharmacie et une épicerie non loin, ce qui est pratique au besoin. Une fois sur place, on est entourés de montagnes et de nature. Le paysage est très joli, particulièrement au coucher du soleil ! La chambre était bien, même si les matelas étaient un peu trop mous à mon goût. J’ai aussi apprécié que le café soit renouvelé le lendemain. Nous avons très bien dormi la première nuit. Malheureusement, un groupe a fait du bruit dans les corridors jusqu’à 1 h du matin lors de la deuxième nuit. L’insonorisation pourrait être meilleure, mais nous n’avons probablement pas eu de chance avec les autres clients cette fois-là. Pour une escapade simple en pleine nature, je recommande cet endroit !"

"I will return especially for the spa experience. The receptionists were so sweet and so was the spa staff and the waitress in the restaurant. I had a great time overall. The only exception was the pub staff. The waitress who was bringing me dessert was talking with someone and dropped a dish of fruit compote on me and my dress on my birthday. My dress was ruined and I could not take pictures on my special day because I only traveled with one dress. The pub manager did not come to say anything to me. The customer service and friendliness of the pub staff could be improved."
