### Stunning Trevallyn Retreat

This unique place has a style all its own. The stunning home boasts amazing architectural design and modern amenities, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Every corner of this newly constructed abode exudes sophistication, with stunning views, high ceilings, and natural light flooding the interiors.   
  
A quick 5 minute drive to Launceston CBD.  
  
Step inside to discover plush furnishings and stylish decor that invites you to relax unwind.  
  
Indulge in breath taking views of the Tamar river and Launceston city. This place is special to say the least.   
  
With three luxurious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette along with two spacious living areas this home offers ample space for families or groups of friends. Whether you're seeking privacy or entertaining guests, each space is designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a comfortable and unforgettable stay.   
  
The outdoor space is a true sanctuary, featuring a fire pit and outdoor seating. Take in the breathtaking views as you unwind from your day surrounded by the sounds of native wildlife.  
  
There is driveway parking as well as free street parking.  
  
Guest have access to the whole property  
  
We are available any time you need us during your stay. Please call the number provided.  
  
On the entrance level you will find a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Through the hallway are 2 queen bedrooms and the master bathroom.   
  
The master suite has it's own staircase and overlooks the living areas on the lower level.   
  
Upstairs at the other end of the house you will find an additional open plan living, kitchen and dining area.  
  
This home has 2 x queen sized beds and a king in the master bedroom.  
  
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.  
  
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.  
  
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.  
  
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.   
  
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
