Great Location
Very comfortable, great location, kitchen has pretty much all you need to cook.
The loungeroom & bedroom with the single bed were very bright and i would say worse in summer/ daylight savings and could do with curtains as the blinds findwork blinds

Average
I wanted to mark this property higher, because Max was very friendly in his messages before check-in and from the photos, I assumed the property was 'squeaky clean' as mentioned on the site. However, from the significant soiled mark on the window blind in the main room, to a shower that needs a good scrub, to the skirting boards that haven't seen a vacuum, let alone a cleaning cloth, I don't know how this property has been rated so high on past reviews. Also, there is only enough seating for 4 ppl (not 6) and a bar fridge only big enough for 2 ppl for a week
Excellent communication from the property manager. The property was clean and warm, in a great location and suited us perfectly. Will stay again.

Excellent quiet and safe location, close to city center and various restaurants as long as you have a car. The property itself was clean and tidy and very comfortable with all that you need for your stay, whether a short to medium term.
Communication was always timing and prompt.
Would definitely recommend for couples and / family of four / five.
Clean and well set out unit that had everything you needed. Loved that there was a highchair.
Close to all the spots you need in Launceston however definitely need a car
Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location not far from CBD of Launceston. A bit of a stretch to accommodate 6 guests. The trundle bed is difficult to get out from under the single bed and not much space to set it up. Only 4 chairs at the dining room table.
