Notes: Please note that the driveway leading into the apartment is on a slope, and is quite steep. The entrance into the car parking space is 4 meters wide, and the car space itself is 2.9 meters wide x 4 meters long. This space would not be suitable for larger vehicles; however, there is street parking directly across from this space. Due to the central location of the property, there is the potential for traffic noise. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
