This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with secure parking located in Launceston is a great base for your next holiday. This apartment is located within the Sebel, Launceston. It has many great facilities including secure parking, gym, Blue Stone restaurant, Lounge area and is a quick 5 minute walk to the centre of the city. The space has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious balcony, open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Comfortably furnished it is ideal for small family's, couples or business travellers. For longer stays please inquire directly for a special rate. Guests have access to the whole space There is a lockbox at the property for self check in. We are available if needed during your stay. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
