Great location. Sea view rooms overlook the town and harbour with wonderful views to the Abbey. The bar is lively and well run with plenty of staff. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of options and the restaurant room has nice decor.

Not very helpful on front desk. Was 10 minutes early and wanted £10 before they would give us our home. I stood and waited with a dog a 5 year child for 10 minutes,,, shocking service

Lack of kitchen facilities on 23rd March was disappointing but managed by customer facing staff reasonably well.
