Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

- The Wi-Fi in my room (facing the inner courtyard) barely worked,
If you’d like a sleep in beyond 7 am ,nearby church bells could make that difficult, even with earplugs.

The hotel and staff were excellent. It’s only a short walk to the train station, which made it a good base to travel from, but it’s still quiet and easy to sleep. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable, particularly during the heat wave. It would be nice if there was a recycling bin in the room, but I have no actual complaints.
