The property was very spacious. I was given a set of keys and an automatic gate opener that secured our vehicle in a secure place on property. There was video surveillance around building and always that also made my family feel safer. The neighborhood was actually very nice and walking distance to alot of stores such as a supermarket. The propery had two rooms and two beds, plenty of dishes for cooking and entertaining, free wifi, and multiple tvs. Very nice arrangement and furnishings.

Clean, efficient check in, Anna did a great job in our room. Beach and pool always good. Drinks all pretty much taste the same but I’m not much of a drinker. The buffet is not the best, most of the food tastes the same, the roasted beef, pork etc was always dry and tough. A couple of nights were better than most, but still not impressed in general.

Being a hotel manager. I tend to really look at hotels from a different view. I saw this property because it was inexpensive for my trip I as taking for a few days. As I arrived. The greeted me with open arms. It was nice. A welcome drink and wet towel. I didn’t have to wait long for our room or so I thought. I was checked into a room that was literally dirty. The housekeeper just started to clean the room. So I had to put my bags in the closet until she finished. A bad start because I wanted to shower after traveling all morning. I told the desk about the room but they told me this would be a better room compared to what they had an available which was a room with two beds. I decided to wait for the room with the king bed. Once I got into the room 30 minutes later. I noticed the room was out dated… I went to shower and the shower head was broken and had to use the wand to shower. Making it annoying to have to hold. I just stayed because I didn’t want to change rooms and I was tired! The customer service was good from most staff. Others were just okay… The food is mediocre at best.. the restaurants were okay. The amenities were okay too. Gym could’ve been better! Entertainment was decent. Not much else to do. Only drink, no TV areas besides the bar but that tv is small… no gift shop for snacks, drinks or anything… I’d suggest spending a few more dollars for something better!
